This morning my dealer quoted me $13,000 for a new 1530 hydro 4wd with super steer. Any opinions or experience with this model (I know it's last year's) and opinions concerning the price?

The price sounds good. I priced a TC25, which I think is the same tractorexcept newer. The basic tractor (TC25S) was $11,600, adding hydro, which includes many other things like folding ROPs, full guages, better seat, andso on (this is the TC25D, "D" for deluxe, that includes hydro) was $1,920, and supersteer was another $1,100. ....
